Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actress and writer well-known for her character Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. She began acting as a stage performer in the 1950s starting by performing in Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. Thereafter she acted in numerous Broadway productions until she made it huge in the national theater area with Li'l abner's in the year 1957. She also released her first album of music, titled It's Time to Tina within the same year. Louise's debut appearance in Hollywood was in the role of Griselda on God's Little Acre, which was a 1959 drama. The film was met with wide applause. Louise won the Golden Globe Award for her performance in the New Star of the year category. She enrolled in Actors Studio, New York during this period and became Lee Strasberg's pupil. The actress joined CBS in 1964, to portray Ginger Grant. Louise kept juggling her career with ease between Broadway TV and Hollywood playing somber characters contrasted to her perception of a glamour doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. Since her debut, she's established herself as a well-known and respected director of famous television shows like Supernatural as well as The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. She and her family relocated to Toronto when she was three which is where she spent the rest of in the adolescent years and childhood. Her home was in Vancouver when she was chosen to play Samantha Carter.
